The experience begins with a workshop led by former special forces coaches, focusing on skills like focus, trust-building, and resilience. Participants then apply these lessons on the aerial assault course in a high-pressure, team-oriented setting.
This immersive approach helps leaders enhance decision-making, foster teamwork, and build stronger relationships, equipping them with practical tools for personal and professional growth.

James Mawson, Founder & CEO of Global Corporate Venturing, will explore strategies for building impactful partnerships and navigating today’s complex investment landscape. Rob Colley, former UK Elite Military Leader and Founder of Thrival Group, will share insights on resilience and innovation in extreme, high-pressure environments.
