Through our leadership development retreats in the Austrian Alps, as well as our events and festivals in Vienna, we are building a community of ambitious founders, investors, corporate innovators, representatives and support professionals, all passionate about personal growth and driving their ventures forward.

Michael Chaffe and Tereza Reh are the founders of the Alpha Omega Foundation, bringing a wealth of knowledge from their diverse professional journeys. Together, they leverage their diverse expertise to lead the Alpha Omega Foundation in advancing innovation and meaningful change across the venture ecosystem.
MICHAEL CHAFFE
Michael's career began with over a decade as a saturation diver in the Oil & Gas sector, where he mastered resilience and high-stakes decision-making. In 2017, he transitioned into venture capital, driving early-stage funding, angel investment, and international conferences, with a focus on fostering entrepreneurship in the CEE region.
TEREZA REH
Tereza, a neuroleadership consultant and founder of Devolu Vision, blends neuroscience with leadership development, helping leaders break free from limiting patterns and regenerate neural pathways. Her mentorship spans prestigious platforms such as Startupbootcamp, Femme Palette, and NATO DIANA.
